Twenty questions across five areas show where you stand on AI today: how it is being used and controlled, whether your data is ready, your people, your best opportunities and your tools. You get a score for each area and the first steps to take.
Answer for the business as it is today, not as you would like it to be. If you are not sure of an answer, pick the lower option: the check is more useful when it is honest.
20 questions in 5 areas, about 5 minutes. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you choose to send your results.
How AI is being used today, and whether anyone has agreed what is allowed.
Whether the information AI would need is accurate, joined up and reachable.
Whether your team can use AI well, and safely.
Whether you know where AI would pay, and how you would know.
Whether your systems and suppliers are set up to use AI safely.
Each answer scores from 0 to 3. An area score is the average of its four answers, expressed out of 100. The overall score is the average of the five areas.
Bands: 75 and above, well placed; 50 to 74, getting there; 25 to 49, early stage; below 25, starting out. The three areas with the lowest scores are shown first, with steps matched to how far along you are.
This is a self-assessment, so it is only as good as the answers. It does not replace a proper review of your data, systems and suppliers, but it shows where to start.
